Delivery Policy
The delivery of your valued order is of the utmost importance to us and is paramount to the success of our business. Please help us by reading these guidelines.
1 We offer a fixed rate delivery charge upto 10kg of £9.95.
2 We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please check the accuracy of these details. A signature will be required to accept delivery. Please chose an address where a signature is possible.
3 Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
4 We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
5 We do not ship parcels from Saturday to Monday. An order placed after 12.00pm Friday will NOT ship until the following Tuesday.
6 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
7 Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
Please contact us if you require goods delivered to these areas.
8 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.
9 Goods will normally be dispatched within 1 working day and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.
10 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
11 If there is no one to accept the order our carriers usually leave a drop card with instructions for you to contact them to arrange another delivery. We reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
12 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
13 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a reasonable time.
14 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
15 Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
16 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
17 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Returns Policy.
We offer a 14-day return policy, any item outside of the 14 days return period may be eligible to return. Please contact us for more information.
The item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept any decals which have attempted to be affixed or if you have taken any electrical goods out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
Any electrical item must be unused and in it’s original sealed bag.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order via the contact page if you wish to return an item.
.Once the returned goods have been received and inspected by us, we will issue a full refund including initial postage costs.
Returned goods should be returned to us within 14 days of notification to us.
Returns will not incur any admin or handling fees,
The return cost for cancelled orders is at the expense of the customer.
If you return a faulty item we will credit the return postage (upto a maximum of £9.95) and item costs once the item has been received and inspected
